Merseyside Police is appealing for the public's help in tracing a teenage girl who has gone missing from home in St Helens.
 
Alison Bierne, aged 15, went missing from the Blackbrook Road area of the town on Friday night (May 11) at around 10pm and has not been in touch since.
 
She is described as white, 5ft 3 ins tall, of slim build with long, mousey brown or blonde hair, green eyes and a pale complexion. She has a scar on her upper lip and was wearing blue leggings, a dark-coloured hooded top and was carrying a JD shoulder bag.
 
She is known to visit the St Helens, Newton-le-Willows, Warrington and Wigan areas.
 
Concerns are growing for Alison's welfare and police are urging anyone who knows where she may be or has seen anyone matching her description to call the non-emergency police number 101 or the National Missing Persons hotline on 0500 700 700.
