Merseyside Police has issued a warning to members of the public
following the loss of a large quantity of prescription drugs in St
Helens on Tuesday 23 October. The prescription drugs were reported as lost at about 6pm. It is understood that the medication was lost at some point yesterday
morning while the owner travelled on the number 10 bus. The drugs are in a paper bag which is inside a white Iceland carrier
bag. The medication consists of: 35 tablets of Risterdone A 400ml bottle of liquid Stelazine 14 Zopaclone tablets 14 Venlafaxine tablets 28 (30mg) Dihydrocodeine tablets If you have found the lost medication please contact Merseyside
Police on 101, or hand the medication in to your nearest police station. The
drugs can also be handed in to your nearest chemist. Merseyside Police would like to remind members of the public that the
taking of medication prescribed for another person could be dangerous, and in
some cases fatal.
