Researchers also found that figure is most likely to be made up of 130 pepperoni, 124 cheese and tomato, and 64 ham and pineapple versions. On top of that we will scoff 73 vegetarian pizzas, 55 four cheese ones and 30 with a seafood topping. Completing the list of the average Brit’s lifetime pizza consumption are 93 meatfeast, 71 BBQ, plus another 91 pizzas made up of varied toppings.
It also emerged the typical pizza lover will shell out a whopping £9,725 during their lifetime on takeaway versions of their beloved Italian meal. Another £6,303 will be blown on supermarket pizzas.

The study also found we will typically enjoy 135 takeaway pizzas, 72 bought at restaurants and 274 purchased from a supermarket.
Thin crust is the most popular type, followed by deep pan.
Mushrooms emerged as our favourite topping closely followed by pepperoni, ham, chicken and tomato.
Red onions, green and red peppers, pineapple, bacon and sweetcorn also made the top ten list followed by chorizo sausage, olives and herbs.
Least favourite toppings include anchovies, prawns and Cumberland sausage.
