Detectives investigating the murder of Billy Livesley in Wigan have charged a third man.
24-year-old Myles David Connors has been charged with murder and has been remanded in custody until he's due to appear at Manchester Crown Court on 1 February 2019.
Billy, who was 21, was assaulted on Bickershaw Lane at around 21:35 on Friday 28 December 2018. He was rushed to hospital with serious injuries and died the following day.
Two men - aged 25 and 26 - arrested on suspicion of murder yesterday (29 January 2019) have been released with no further action.
