One Man Found Guilty of the Murder Of Billy Livesley

One of two Brothers has been found guilty of the murder of young man from Wigan.

24 year old David Connors swung a pry bar at the head of 21 year old Billy Livesley in car park in Abram following a confrontation with his brother, 32 year Peter Connor.

He though, who was also in the dock, walks free after he was found not guilty of murder and manslaughter.

The Jury of 4 men and 8 women took three days to consider their verdicts

Peter Connors hugged his brother and wept as he was allowed to leave the dock.

David Connors will sentenced on Monday, along with Jimmy Price who earlier admitted perverting the course of justice
