BGT's first Golden Buzzer act

Britain's Got Talent judges were reduced to tears by the joyful kids' audition from Flakefleet Primary School.

The highly coveted Golden Buzzer came after moving judge David Walliams to tears.

The boys and girls, aged five to 11, performed a choreographed routine to Don't Stop Me Now by Queen led by their head teacher Dave McPartlin, who is of no relation Ant.

They will now skip the bootcamp stage of the auditions and perform in one of the show's live semi-finals.

Saturday's launch show saw Ant make his long-awaited TV return after taking an extended break from the limelight following last year's drink drive charge.

After the children bring the house down, judge David Walliams said: “You made our hearts soar,  It’s one of the most joyous things I’ve ever seen.  This is what you want your childhood to have been like – and what you want your children’s childhood to be like.”
